Im getting the same scopsm, very disappointing .

'this promotion is no longer available' , sounds like the plug has been pulled on the game as opposed to there merely being a problem with the game.

That's annoying - just spoke to ofl, decision taken by sportingbet to pull the plug. Was doing ok in this too, though never got notification of my weekly prize from a couple of weeks back either, so it goes. My team page is still live however, am guessing that the ofl computer might carry on generating points until they shut it down at their end as well.

Yes, most annoying. Just rang Sportingbet and they confirm that the game has finished and been removed from the site.
Oh well, at least I did manage to get 25 pound free bet for coming 2nd one week.

Very strange, why would they pull the game ?, as far as i know they are a relatively big firm, cant they afford the prizes ?, i would not be too happy having a lot of money on deposit with them considering they have just pulled this game for no apparent reason, have they given a reason for stopping the game ?

Yeah, strange, don't know reason. Spoke with some American guy who apologised and said that the game was finished, they didn't give a reason and I didn't push the issue.

Maybe the takeover by Ladbrokes is going through and Ladbrokes don't want to run two FF games?

Didn't know Ladbrokes were running one this year?

In combination with the Daily Sport I think but I could be wrong.

Admin should be notified of this, (if he hasn't been already) as it was him who originally flagged up the game. I don't think that he'll be too happy.

They withdrew on the 10th as the Turkish branch of Sportingbet was a stumbling block. On the 13th Sportingbet sold this so it may have brought Ladbrokes back to the table.

It hasn't. Legacy issues to do with Turkey are/were the issue.
