I take it, this just applies when it involves a goal scorer bet.
I knew about the 0-0 or No Goal Scorer bet but didn't realise the final score line was affected by this.

I always thought own goals not counting were just in first scorer bets and similar, I've never heard of it turning a win into a draw or altering the scoreline! Did they pay out on people who actually bet on the draw or 1-1 correct score, or is the OG a "house (nearly) always wins" rule like a zero on a roulette wheel?

Bad taste advertising/betting markets are one thing, offering odds on dead people I can accept was accidental, but if they are really misleading customers in terms of when they will pay out that's certainly not on.

Yep, agree. This needs publicising. How they change the final score is just plain wrong.
It would be helpful to know if someone had Lassoga FGS and 2-2 got paid out.
