Matip Liverpool even if he refuses to play Fifa or one of the government bodies in football have said they will block him from playing for his club side I'm sure I read that somewhere

I believe there is a 2 week pre-Comp period when they can be called up, and the final Squads have to be declared after that date.....

In theory players not in the final 23's can be summoned and then let go.

What i read was the players have to meet up on the 2nd but if they have a game that day im sure they would be able to leave afterwards... With new transfers in jan im sure this wont be a major problem....

(Official) Dates will depend on their first game which will vary by country and will be a fixed X days (14?) before first game.

Bits of it. Hard to bear to watch for too long!

Was it really 27 years ago that Roger Milla and Cameroon looked like they had started something? Since then there have been numerous African superstars and dozens of decent African players in the Premier League alone.

But still their international teams are awful, such amateurish stuff.
