Yes he may do certainly initially but quoting 'silversurfer's post in the Everton specialist team knowledge thread

"Further forward I see a lot of options, and FPL wise something to bear in mind is the possibility Tosun may not start every week. While I see Bernard, Siggy and Richarlison for the most part competing for two spots, there is another possibility. Both Richarlison and Walcott have spoken of playing centre forward, and on occasion I could certainly see a decision to play three runners in a 4-3-3. Ghana (or Schneiderlin), Siggy and Gomes in midfield with Bernard, Richarlison and Walcott all interchanging positions across the front. This is something they are all capable of and I have seen Bernard perform this way very well in the past in the Ukraine."

This seems to be reflected in the many possible team formations on Everton fan sites from posters who are usually pretty knowledgeable and correct most often. There does seem to be a possible flexibility up front and from an Fpl point of view, may pay to hold off a little until things become clearer.
