Brighton's Shane Duffy has just had some historical homophobic tweets brought to the FA's attention. He got a letter from them warning him about his future conduct.

He was 20 at the time. I'm not excusing it but a sense of perspective wouldn't go amiss. You'd have thought he'd have deleted them though.
