Guess what, he's still an adult, can still serve in the military, drink in many places in the world, etc. The 2 years mean absolutely nothing.

He advocated burning people due to who they are. He was an adult. He should be punished end of story.

He should, and he will. But the facts that it was over four years ago, he was at a different club and he was a very young man should be taken into account and the punishment set accordingly.

Being a very young man makes no difference. he's an adult, plain and simple. You shouldn't get lighter sentences because your are a young adult.

Brighton's Shane Duffy has just had some historical homophobic tweets brought to the FA's attention. He got a letter from them warning him about his future conduct.

He was 20 at the time. I'm not excusing it but a sense of perspective wouldn't go amiss. You'd have thought he'd have deleted them though.
