lol what a round. subbed out my goalie, 1pt, thinking worst case break even but my goalie got -1 despite being a goal up at halftime and against 10 men. a disaster all round really. i can understand now why a lot of mini league players usually dont touch their fantasy teams for long periods. they must feel the way this u21 is for me. put in a good 2 hrs study picking a great team and between injuries and bad luck will be lucky to break 20.

thing is, ill keep making my transfers and manual subs etc. because after the competition ends that will no doubt be enough for a top third finish.

yes. lucky for me its not an english replaement im looking for so no harm. but what a joke of a service when something like this happens. my transfers are lietner and bera out and volland and someone else in....but the system wont allow that to be an english midfielder. and theres no other way around it because i cant have 4 germans either. it still doesnt affect me as its a 5m midfielder im looking for and so will likely be a serb or swede. but a major headache for others im sure who will need to make additional transfers to find a way out

I'd suggest:
try to swap him to another team placeholding striker first, without hitting the Make Transfers of course
then swap the placeholder to Kane

..it might work...

so, it looks like it keeps Bera "in memory" for the team count even when you transfer him out
shouldn't my first suggestion work, I can only think of: confirm the placeholder transfer, then swap him to Kane -- of course this would cost you an extra hit but that's just -2p

hey. went back on just there and its now fixed. can do a straight swap to an english player. maybe they switched him from elimintated to injured or something. anyways its all fine now cheers for the help

Hi John-Paul,

Thanks for your enquiry and for bringing this issue to our attention.

It seems that the issue has arisen because Berahino has been 'eliminated' from the game (due to withdrawing from England's squad). To combat this, I have un-eliminated him from the game, and the issue now seems to be resolved.

Once we have fixed this issue, he will once again be eliminated from the game.

Nope. There was always a slight danger Stojković would start as he'd done well when Petkovic was out injured. I think all the prediction makers (including me) just got it wrong to be honest, and Stojković is probably now first choice.

Again, we'll get to see their lineup before the deadline today anyway.
