And remember folks, if you want to switch players and formations for tomorrow, you have to do this at the "Latest Points" page

Probably should have entered an automatically selected team a few days ago. All I kept getting tonight was "There is an error with your selections" for no obvious reason. Then on my tablet, I had a budget of £0 to pick my team.
Perhaps this is a godsend, as I won't waste so much time and effort on this and enjoy watching the Champions League!

Well this game has started well for me. I have Artur in goal for Benfica, he gives up a goal and gets a red card card within 20 minutes.

As going crazy at deadline. Was able to pick Costa, Cesc, Aguero and them had to auto select. Fairly certain I'm screwed

Can't believe how sh*t the website is... and it's been going on for years. Surely UEFA have enough money to buy a proper server?

Why did Moreno lose the assist on the first Liverpool goal?

it took a couple of big deflections off the defender. the assist is rightfully taken away.redcanuck wrote:Why did Moreno lose the assist on the first Liverpool goal?

Re: UEFA Champions League Fantasy 14/15
Apart from the decision to give Tevez the armband, the rest of the team was unmitigated disaster.
In my defence however I had 3 players from Bayer Leverkusen, and watched the whole 90 minutes v Monaco. How the hell Leverkusen weren't at least 4-0 up at half time is beyond me, as Monaco were complete pants.

Does anyone know how long the substitutions will be open for? I'd like to wait for the lineups before I make any...From4corners wrote:And remember folks, if you want to switch players and formations for tomorrow, you have to do this at the "Latest Points" page

Re: UEFA Champions League Fantasy 14/15
You should be alright, I don't recall having had problems with that. That said, I did mine already but I believe it will be around the same time, 15 minutes before kick-off I reckon. I have the armband on Martinez, still doubting to put it on Ibrahimovic though, who is back in the Arena. Two of his finest goals that he scored there, in Ajax-shirt though:messienaar wrote:Does anyone know how long the substitutions will be open for? Re: UEFA Champions League Fantasy 14/15
Beats me I just am on three points less as my other three defenders scored very well but stupid of me (in hindsight) to have taken Moreno out of my team instead of Sterling (who remains) as this has happened before, removed points for an assist that were added later. No biggie, not as bad as having left Messi on my bench last season in GW as I didn't know I had to change substitutions at the "latest points" page instead of "my team" page.

Re: UEFA Champions League Fantasy 14/15
ive swapped ronaldo cpt to messi cpt. worst case he gets 2 so i lose 7. but at least this makes it exciting for tonights game. also have swapped in a defender for costa as hes on bench. if he comes on and bags one its ok but if he gets 2 ill be livid lol.From4corners wrote:Beats me I just am on three points less as my other three defenders scored very well but stupid of me (in hindsight) to have taken Moreno out of my team instead of Sterling (who remains) as this has happened before, removed points for an assist that were added later. Yes, those early kick-off times have proven to be causing some surprises at times.

I captained Messi because i thought he would run riot against Apoel but he only got an assist and all that after i lost points by taking the captaincy off Ronaldo

I guess I didn't do to bad 63 points for the round. Mainly thanks to Yacine Brahimi's hattrick. Somebody I had never heard of til yesterday afternoon.

Scored 75, well happy with that. Captained Ronnie, and had Messi Balo and Brahimi.

Good for you guys, picking Brahimi I ended up on 64 points.
So anyone playing the UEL game as well? Is there a FISO-league to join and is anyone going to pick Naismith?

First time in a while I can pick any Everton players...
Naismith's early season form not gone unnoticed - in at 9.5
