He is well ahead, in fact he is beating first place in Div 11 never mind Div 16. Let's hope he has done a lot of transfers rather than just been really lucky. .

I am in 16th, however can't get too excited being so far behind the leader, and not too strong on transfers

He must have used transfers to get so far ahead unless I'm missing something. Points scored after tonights matches might give us a clue though

I'm top of Div 18 through using up 5 transfers and getting a lot of good luck but even then I'm less than 10 points clear.

I just stumbled across this site and thread by chance. Im lucky enough to be top of div 16- (before the FA cup matches this weekend anyway). I'm not daft enough to think it will last,very few transfers left.

I was going for the monthly prize and was totally unaware that the divisional split was going to happen. So then I had a choice blow all of my transfers and try and catch the person who was about 30pts ahead on the monthly prize or try and finish in a decent spot in the divisonal- I chose the latter.

Enjoying it, long may it last, I have managed to stop betting on football while playing this (which I need to do), because this is interesting enough.

Thanks for the welcome, FA cup is a real shocker, can't see a way of covering it off. You just don't know who's going to play. Maybe its a distraction that should be ignored and just keep a solid premier team that will be quality and provide good points in the league matches?
