Ok, so moving on from the Peugeot 307 thread that I started on Friday.....
We have gone ahead and purchased a beauty of a car! But apart from the months commercial warranty that we get from the garage there is nothing else thrown in.
Just wondered what the people of FISO's experience of buying extended warranties are from 3rd party companies?
Are they worth the paper they are printed on, or a waste of time.......
The garage suggested a company called Word of Warranty - £38 for 3 months.
54 plate - 135k miles (but a diesel so ok).
Using warranty companies.

No idea but have you tried someone like Which, What Car or the AA for a review of the best companies??

Indeed, that is the plan for tonight. Just wondered if anyone on here had any experiences, good or bad.
(btw, you used Endomondo yet)?

Re: Using warranty companies.
To be honest, I'd be inclined to take out an annual policy under Green Flag - came in handy when my alternator packed up in the big snow. They towed me to the garage after diagnosing the problem. Costs about 50 quid a year.
Not sure about any other warranties. I'm always wary about the small print and the companies may weasel out of coughing up any large amounts.
