Its a short and sweet reign for Natedogg. The current holder is dethroned at the first hurdle. The weekend's top scorer saw to that.

I think Drogba's goal puts me throughZimmerman wrote:In the event of a draw, the result will be decided by a "penalty shoot-out".
1) number of goals scored by defenders
2) number of goals scored by midfielders
3) number of goals scored by attackers
4) cheapest team
5) number of players from the newly promoted teams (Brum, Wolves, Burnley)

Re: La Log 09/10 - Phase 3 - FA Cup
Rainycat, not afraid of a challenge, claims his third Premiership scalp in succession (including last seasons Premiership winner this seasons current leader).
Not phased by back to back relegations, Pa is bouncing back and finds a place in the semi finals too.
Demorgoth, another who faced heartache last season (rock bottom of all 4 divisions)... he's now also in the semi's.
Quarter Finals
Zimmerman 35 v 46 Rainycat
Jules 25 v 39 pa102aw
Demorgoth 41 v 25 I am Kaan
Barry 27 v 11 Snorth
Semi Finals 24th April
pa102aw v Barry
Demorgoth v Rainycat

Commiserations to Barry and Demorgoth. You were both unfortunate to come up against opposition in form.
Both Pa and Rainycat are chasing their respective doubles (Pa top of Div 2 and Rainycat top of the Championship).
It could well be double heartache next weekend.
Should you post a poor score, the likelihood is that you will not win your league game either!!!
Semi Finals
pa102aw 54 v 50 Barry
Demorgoth 41 v 53 Rainycat
Final to be played next weekend (01-03 May).

Final
pa102aw 40 v 23 Rainycat
Rainycat collects the runners-up trophy again, as a poor score condemns him to second place in both the Championship league and in the cup final.
The victorious pa does the double, with the cup victory sitting nicely alongside the Division 2 title. Congratualtions pa, an excellent season and well deserved victory.

I did the double earlier... The toilet required two flushes after my post-lunch dumppa102aw wrote:Who's the Daddy .. This isn't the first time I've "Done the Double" by the way.

Good come back Pa....thought I'd done you with the pictures. I salute you
Yeah I like to keep photo's and video's for future reference.
As for Jules, I just condemned the toilet in asda, after 3 unsuccessful flushes it wasn't budging so I did a runner and left it for someone else.
it's their problem now

My work toilet has a fairly weak flush, but my personal record of 12 flushes to get rid of my 'deposit' is still pretty impressive.Mad Dog wrote:As for Jules, I just condemned the toilet in asda, after 3 unsuccessful flushes it wasn't budging so I did a runner and left it for someone else.

Re: La Log 09/10 - Phase 3 - FA Cup
12 shit man......literally
I'm now gonna head back there and try and beat that record. I did have one once where I flushed and flushed with no success, and in the end had to fill the washing up bowl and pour it down the pan....I didn't count the failed flushes though.
I'm now thinking we should have a "pan busters" or "FISO biggest shitter" thread

Re: La Log 09/10 - Phase 3 - FA Cup
Gutted
I went back down to asda to have a few more attempts and try and break the record of 12 but some bustard had already shifted it.
I was going to ask if they had a 'maintenance' man on so I could ask him how many flushes it took in the end or if he had to bring in the big guns in the shape of a plunger or something
