Just had a quick add up TTA ~ I reckon I'm 59~49 up with your Agbonlahor vs my D Bent tonight!TheTon wrote:Got an interesting one with Kid Kongo.
Agger and Rosicky out for me. I could do with an Everton clean sheet (who couldnt!!).
Think he has one more player than me (MGP), other than that, there are one or two mini battles that will decide this one.
RVP v Rooney
Cole v Baines
Agbonlahor v Bent.
Hmm. Interesting.

You are kidding?drbell wrote:I have probably had my best ever Dreamteam week. I think you had a good one too Karrde but if I havent claimed the 3 points this week (after 2 narrow losses in the last 2 weeks) I'll be fuming!!!
I bank my entire season on what turns out to be the last effing team in the division to keep a clean sheet, and when they finally do I lose anyway?

I have you on 43 points so far with D Bent & Barry playing tonight against my 64 points with Petrov possibly playing (although I don't expect to pick up any points with him). Although you can still make up the defecit tonight I would be disappointed to loose from this position...birchy wrote:pa102aw wrote:Is that what they call up Manchester way a "Technical Appraisal" birchy.birchy wrote:i must have got battered this weekend. pure shite.

Im happy to take a place in a lower league, make sublime transfers, and battle for promotion, rather than drag this drivel through a relegation scrap in a league i dont deserve to be in!!kid kongo wrote:Just managed to hang on for a 59~57 win against the Ton despite Darren Bench scoring me zilch (again! ) and Agbonlahor almost overturning the diff with a goal and a 7/10.....good game TTA another hard luck story!

pa102aw.... looks like either you've miscalculated or I have.pa102aw wrote:I think I have managed to make it 3 wins in a row with a 55-46 victory over Crompton. That should take me out of the Green Zone and put me in the Brown Zone.
51-50 to Crompton according to my spreadsheet.
So you're 5 points worse off and he's 5 points better off
Are you sure you've got it right?
I've just checked Crompton's score (from the individual player scores on the website)... and he definitely has 51. On that basis, I'm assuming it's correct.

Wins for both Zimmerman and Mrs Bell would just about secure Premiership football for them both. In their way are premiership dreamers Zita and Birchy. At the top, The Doc can clinch his Premiership spot with a game to spare.... at the expense of Gaz making the Championship.
A win for Hairybear (at the expense of Division 1 fodder Suzykins) will also secure top flight footy in the next phase. Meanwhile Mistercuts and Arsenal4Ever are trying to cut each others throats in the hunt for 2nd spot.
In the lower levels, Madchester is playing form player (top midweek scoring player) Karrde.
Nothing short of a miracle can save Alchemist from being in Division 1. You have to feel for him; on the one hand lowest weekend scorer in any of the divisions. But on the other - he has wracked up by far the most points against. Looks like everyone has a good week when they face him. This week, that honour goes to pa102aw. With just 6 points in the bag, he has Geordie Paul and the guinea pig champ in his sights.
Good luck all.
PS for this week only, any draws will be decided alphabetically

I face Qadesh, and discounting same players the match ups are
Hanneman v Howard
Carvalho v Riise
A Cole v Baines
Meite v Samba
Barry v V Persie
Keane v Berbatov
So might come down to clean sheets. Chelsea away to Bolton but Everton have a tough tie away to Newcastle.
Hannehman cost me a whopping MINUS 6 last week. However he might do a bit better this week being at home against Derby

been working long hours this week so not really looked at fixtures until now - at a quick glance I think me v zimm will be close.. Ashton v Green & Teves v Rooney could decide it on Saturday - but a clean sheet by Arsenal or Everton could swing it on the Sunday....
good luck all - have a nice weekend & enjoy.. will soon be sunday evening when we will all be mentally trying to second guess how The Sun will score
