Yes. Almost need to use a line a particular width and just accept that as the decisive factor (whether it’s no part touching or any part touching it).

They perhaps need to let tech do a bit more
A) add the line
B) spins round/above and shows a view (like we see in tennis for the ball touching the line or not)

The very first "armpit offside" was Firmino and it was actually just the flap of his shirt that was offside. Had he been wearing a lycra top he'd have been onside.

They just need a decent definition for "level" as level is onside.

Get rid of it or at least severely restrict its use. Football should be entertaining first, anything else second - VAR gets in the way.

The concept of VAR is good, but when we get the stadiums full of fans again it should be restricted imo. A fast decision when a referee and line runners get it wrong is the ultimate.What we have now is slow and still gets it wrong.
Getting it wrong before VAR gave us a lot of talking points and entertainment. I believe better training of refs and line runners along with a VAR voice in the ear of the on field referee is the way to go. The big screen and time delays can FO

I was in favour of it and still am but it needs some serious work.PS To say it favours one team is surely wrong unless you are accusing VAR/refs of bias

I was in favour of VAR but also think it needs improving. The offside decisions need to be clear to the eye to overule otherwise go with the original decision. When they show the images it's often very clear if they were offside or not. Really close calls take too long to line out and review and just annoys people as it all feels too "job's worth" at that point. This would allow the game to flow better.

The other VAR decisions, like penalties/tackles, should be reviewed by the ref on the screen if deemed to be a mistake. It may be as slow but at least the person who is there will be making the final decision, not someone miles away in an office watching slow-motion replays with no feel for the game and what the referee thought they saw.

I like Klopp's idea.of thickening the lines for offside. They could be a foot wide and only then would it be blatantly offside. I'd also have it based on the furthest forward body part OR on a point exactly in the middle of the chest rather than scoring..

SSN reporting the Premier League are using thicker lines for VAR next season to benefit attackers.

I think it's fine for offside when it's blatant like the below, but still gets missed. If the lines are nice and thick so anything remotely level is given, it will be ok.

Clear and obvious offsides, no lines, on-field call stands otherwise.

Handball is a tricky one as the laws are as much the problem as the VAR itself. Again, it should be looking for refereeing howlers really.

Off the ball/red card incidents, definitely keep it but there does need to be consistency of standards, and letting the on-field ref see it on screen makes sense.

First thing I'd change is make offside relate to feet only. "Leaning forward" isn't goal hanging, and that's what it is trying to prevent, and it would make measurement much easier and more believable.
