Announcing awesome VIP prizes for Camarilla Progeria

Post by Patrician »

Camarilla Progeria is recruiting again. First season draws to a close soon, and we have four slots available. Still early days, so new managers only have 1 season to catch-up on.

Great VIP prizes (see post further down), friendly FISO crowd.

I would be happy to get rid of my shower and start again.

Ideal passtime over the summer whilst we wait for the prem to kick off again. 1 year to the day since I joined, happy addiction to me....

Announcing awesome VIP prizes for Camarilla Progeria

Post by Patrician »

Some awesome prizes lined up for Camarilla Progeria (now ranked 13th of all private leagues). Still 3 slots, and soon to enter silly season. Come on Karrde and Cfcrule, you know you want to :P

Season 2, Best Tactician - 12 months VIP

This competition is to reward the manager who performas best tactically regardless of final league positions. In order for this to work and not get bogged down by the issues we have seen with unequal league sizes, I will make sure we have equal sized leagues for Season 2. I will post the overall standings at least once per week with an analysis.

Scoring System:

5 star manager rating - 25 points
4 star manager rating - 15 points
3 star manager rating - 5 points
2 star manager rating - 1 point
1 star manager rating - nil points

Manager of the round - 10 points

This should sort out the men from the boys.

Euro 2012 Prediction Competition - 3 months VIP

Roll up roll up, it is just 2 and a half days until Euro 2012 kicks off, so here is a prediction competition to keep those of us not in the knock out stages going.

The rules are simple - the most points wins 3 month VIP. Deadline is kick-off off the opening match (2 days time)

1) Predict the four group winnners (1 point each)
2) Predict the four group runners up (1 point each)
3) Predict the four semi-finalists (1 point each)
4) Predict the finalists (1 points each)
5) Predict the winner (1 point)
6) Predict the golden boot winner (1 point)
7) How many goals will the golden boot winner score? (1 point)
8) How will England do? (Winners/finals/semis/quarters/group stage - 1 point)
9) Who will be England's top scorer? (1 point)
10) How many goals will England's top scorer score? (1 point)

Max score 22 (but if you manage that, then you should have been down the bookies )

Tie breaker question: How many goals will be scored in total (including penalty shoot-outs) throughout the competition? Closest answer wins

Patrician.

I really like the idea of this comp. But i am stuck in deepest darkest Wales with really poor internet access until late Friday night. Is there a way i can enter then, but i won't be able to include group A i assume?

Even the valleys have internet......where is this deepest, darkest part of Wales you visit? Do you mean Cardiff prison?
