Prob a stupid question... I always try to play players with a green arrow - theory being the green arrow means they play and their form is improving as it's on a positive trend.
But - some players can loose 4/5 bars form and be on a red arrow post game if say a win wasn't achieved against weaker opposition.
So how much does it really matter playing a player with a red arrow?
Do red arrows influence your team selection?

I always use the auto select and then tinker from there so I don't always take that much notice.

Doesn't make any difference to me. As players seem to lose and gain form for no apparent reason. A red arrow doesn't sway me away from playing them.

I think I may have been handicapping myself trying always to play the best team constructed of green arrow players...

if someone is in lousy form then it bothers me, I would never ever consider not playing a player on say 16 form and a red arrow because of his arrow.
