So I take it everyone will be ditching Evra? What a disaster of a transfer.....

Especially with Finnan scoring 540k

 :(

Didn't put him in, thank God. Debating with myself whether to pocket the money from Kromkamp now or wait to see if he gets a game next week. views, anyone?

Kromkamp isnt going to get many games from the start for Liverpool, at least in the short term. He's only really a stop-gap cover. Agger will play more often this season from the start to be honest.

His rise has been out of proportion to his likely earnings so if it was me Id cash him in asap.

That's interesting. Is that because they have limited transfers maybe? Keeping Evra can only be because they think he's going to perform week in, week out.

Admittedly he's an attacking full-back so he'll doubtless get a goal or two, and be a bandwagon purchase one week. But that could be a long way down the line. He's also very poor defensively ... and judging by United recently, there arent going to be too many clean sheets.

Keeping him for Wednesday might make sense but he'll have dropped in value by more than he'd get back for a clean sheet??

I dont really get keeping him ... which is clearly why Im not in the top 10 ;) :D

cheers andy; flying in your direction thursday, this time next week will be in tobago myself - and the week after - so won't be able to post codes, or scores for the star comp for those so inclined, but will be logging in on occasion to try and keep up with transfers etc, in the meanwhile hope someone keeps an eye out for the code in the paper

Any thoughts on likely big movers upwards this week? Maybe Fowler, Richardson? Any promising newbies added to the lists?

I think Fowler will move today but I cant see him being a good long-term bet. His hip and knees are shot so he doesnt have 90 minutes regularly in him. He'll score a few as a sub but no more. So depends on your transfers really.

Code for 6th Feb is B3N1T3Z

Note that the 1 is written as the number 'one' in the paper, but I bet it causes problems ....
