Think I'm set on James - - - > TAA

Just looking for reassurance I'm making the correct move here as I'll be one of the few not bringing in Kane despite having the money in the bank to bring him in for free.

My front line DCL, Ings and Jimenez all scored last week and have reasonable fixtures. My defence on the other hand is a mess with Saiss, James, Justin, Taylor, Mitchell. Only Saiss has a decent fixture.

Plan is to get Kane in for GW7. Sound enough logic?

Will you still have the money for Kane in GW7 though if you bring in TAA this week?

Lots of money in the bank (including due to KdB to Grealish last week, which was done with this in mind).

Still have 2m to upgrade Podence one day.

Alos contemplating a hit for Barnes  Grealish, but the news that Stevie has brought him in is giving me serious reservations.

Castagne  Reguilon

Plan was for Castagne  TAA, but I cannot bring in a player on >100% to a drop  so going to take a punt on Spurs next 3.

James R gets a stay of execution based on the latest news

see that most are shifting KDB out. Isn't there a shot he plays based on the fact he's been back in training since Thurs and Pep didn't explicitly rule him out?

Yeah, he could play. Just the switch to Mo or Kane is popular I think..

Kilman may not feature long term but nothing daft about freeing up funds. He's scoring points right now, so go for it.

That was my thinking though I had my doubts as to how much he would play being a “rookie” and all that. On another note, how about McGinn over Grealish, my “competitors” all have Grealish.

was considering shifting Podence to McGinn. he certainly seems to be great value for the price if Villa keep it up

Don't like it but... Soucek to Grealish. Hung on to Soucek all this time, seeing him threaten the goal multiple times. His goals will come now.

For those bringing in Kane, do you have Son as well? I'm trying to decide if it's worth a hit to still bring Kane in. I could do KDB to McGinn and Brewster to Kane which would give me a front three of DCL, Jimenez, and Kane. The potential downside is that if I make that move it would leave me with a Mid of Son, Pondence, Foden, McGinn, Salah. Could also keep KDB and roll and with Mitchell, Justin, or Brewster off my bench.

I already knee jerked and dropped Son prior to his Hattrick and then took a hit to bring him back in so is it merely points chasing trying to get Kane in? Way too much second guessing myself this season and last post lockdown.

Mitchell has Fulham. How good a fixture are you hoping for?

Wilson  Kane funded by TAA  Reguilon for -4

Really didn't want to get rid of TAA and i'm sure he'll start picking up points soon but it was the only way i could afford to get Kane in.

Isn't PVA a threat to Mitchell's game time?

Yes, but that doesn’t make his fixture bad, does it? Just makes him a worse pick going forward.

Was referencing Justin & Taylor regarding the fixture. Mitchell has a good fixture of course but as has been mentioned may lose his place to Van Aanholt.
