This is a mash up between Fantasy Football and Football Manager style games. You bid to hire players by offering a weekly wage, and then have to manage your squad (keeping them happy) while balancing the books (don't upset your chairman).
Matches are played head-to-head against those in your league, where the best team usually wins. So should you go all out attack to score any chances that come your way, or will you shore up the midfield to keep possession?
Hit by injuries? Pick up new players from the free agent pool, or steal some from your opponents!
A season can last for just 10 gameweeks (or longer, if required), so plenty of opportunity for immediate revenge if it all goes wrong.
