Well, I will be starting whomever I bring in for Son as I also have Podence who is a doubt so I'd ideally be bringing in a starter and I wasn't sure of the status of Praet's injury or if Maddison is even fully match fit.

Good question. That is obviously dependent on his injury outlook which we really don't have a lot of information about. Mou even insinuated he could 'surprise us' and play this weekend. If he's out longer term I could see him dropping a few times over the break.

So even more likely to go back?

No offence, but know why you are making a transfer.... you could hop off to Greenwood or loads of others and then hop back onto Son?

Non taken. I'm really just talking out loud. I have .8 in the bank so there are other options as well. I haven't decided yet how much TV is going to play into this season with Covid etc.

If you are worried about Son falling, then just hop off.... although I suspect that Bale may be better to hop back onto.

I was wondering about that actually and whether Bale would be likely to take over FKs as well?

Kane seems to want to be a 10 and Bale could well benefit....

Bale could very well end up playing striker. I can't see him playing on the wing and being expected to track back on defence

Still tinkering with a few options but probably rolling. Then I can shift Son+(Ayew|Mitrocivc) for e.g. Barnes+Ings next week for free - assuming no other fires.

Why get rid of Son next week when his good run starts? Also the timing seems off for Barnes / Ings too. Ings has WBA now and Chelsea away GW5 - Barnes has two plum home games now. I'd probably take a -4 for that right now. Gives you another available transfer next week or an opportunity to roll. Of course, hits can always spectacularly backfire as mine surely will below:

To afford KDB this week for Son, I had to change Martial to Jimmy and Werner to Ings - bang on the money for that but it was a -8. Funny heard Mark Sutherns talking on FPL Black Box yesterday about not ever taking a -8 if you have a WC in hand which I do. Interesting...made me tempted to WC. 8-)

I need one of them to bang which is likely I think given they all play promoted teams. Probably got me around 0.6mn team value too.

Morning all. Haven't posted in a long, long time. Should I sell Podence to Jota for a one week punt? It will be for a points hit and I intend on using my wildcard next week. I just fancy Jota to do something against Villa.

With Mane out i think Jota could be worth a punt.

Bloody Mourinho saying Son will be out for "a while"!

Think it's costing me around -16pts so far. How can Jimmy, Ings and KDB blank against terrible promoted defences!!?

Considering this. Mighty midfield, means downgrading Jiminez and Ings for Wilson and Brewster but does give 3 top draw mids who take pens plus Rodriguez.

March looks a good enabler and Mitchell looks good value as long as they don't have many games like this weekend.

Not mad on losing Jiminez before they play Leeds and Newcastle.

What do you think to this side?Image
