Re: Who to bench 2019/20
There is absolutely no reason for OGS to start Greenwood so unless there's an early injury you're going to get another 10 minutes at best. Ceballos almost certainly starts and whilst his fixtures isn't good at least there's a bit more chance of some points.bigcliff2 wrote: ↑23 Aug 2019, 14:54Yes, without knowing he's going to start, I can't do it. But it's tempting - a lot of United fans want him to start.Smurphy's Paw wrote: ↑23 Aug 2019, 14:42Greenwood has made two cameo appearances totalling 5 minutes. Unless I’ve missed a confirmation that he’s a starter this week I’d put him behind Ceballos

finkelele wrote: ↑23 Aug 2019, 14:51Hi there, Dean. I would bench Hanley and Kelly. Ake can score goals... unless Hanley also is a threat offensively? Difficult one, not that good options, but I think VVD and Lundstram are nailed on. But bigger chance for Norwich to not concede against Chelsea, so maybe Hanley ahead of Ake. It's up to you if you think Norwich can. I believe they could, probably not and then Ake might score a goal. I'm just rambling right now but this might help you consider the options.
GOOD LUCK m8!
Hi mate
Yeah thanks that’s what I’m thinking. Can see both conceding tbh and Hanley has poor attacking stats averaging a goal a season. Man City and Chelsea have their own defensive problems this weekend (stones out for city). So based purely on the attacking potential I’m going for Ake.
Cheers

Bench Dendoncker or Lundstram? Have had Dendoncker in the starting XI but he did play the full game against Torino...

Interesting: I am benching King and Dend and playing Lundstram. Close to 50/50 chance of returns in my opinion. (clean sheet or assist/goal)

Same dilemma and so far had same solution. I think it is close but Dendonker feels like the narrow distribution of points whereas Lundstram feels like the wide distribution.
I gonna go with fun and Lundstram.

Well it seems as though Lunny is in the scout picks so they must think he's the better option. Plus, I just found this picture of him from training this week and I think he has the power.FranckKessie wrote: ↑23 Aug 2019, 17:19Same dilemma and so far had same solution. This begs the question, if you are considering benching a £6M mid at home against a promoted side when the probability is that he will start, why do you have him?
Bench Greenwood, it is a 1 pointer waiting to happen imo.

I have him playing as it stands, was just double checking what people thoughts on this would be as Greenwood could possibly start this week and it be his big chance to make a name for himself while Martial outDavidLloydIsAHero wrote: ↑30 Aug 2019, 11:05This begs the question, if you are considering benching a £6M mid at home against a promoted side when the probability is that he will start, why do you have him?

I don’t think your link is working. I was going to see if there was someone else to consider dropping if you, as a Man U fan, thought Greenwood was worth a starting berth in your teamStevieste wrote: ↑30 Aug 2019, 11:10I have him playing as it stands, was just double checking what people thoughts on this would be as Greenwood could possibly start this week and it be his big chance to make a name for himself while Martial outDavidLloydIsAHero wrote: ↑30 Aug 2019, 11:05This begs the question, if you are considering benching a £6M mid at home against a promoted side when the probability is that he will start, why do you have him?

If MG is to play and they’re only the 11th & 12th best players in your team this week you’re set up for a good one!

I feel Barkley and MG my 2 weakest options this week and feel i could be set for a good game week with the fixtures.
Hence why i held off the wildcard for another week

I have one free transfer before wildcard and think it will swapping Ryan to Fabianksi for one gameweek gamble

Re: Who to bench 2019/20
Play one and bench order of Barnes (LIV), Cantwell (whu), or Greenwood (sou)
Normally I lean towards the more expensive player but cantwell has the fixture over Barnes

KWP is injured
Did I miss this or just forget?
So no bench choice for me as I'm down to 9 outfield players

You should wildcard, bring in a Liverpool triple for guaranteed playing time and clean sheets... Oh!

Kane out has been on my mind. The Pkan was always to cull the 3 Prems to 2 and Spurs looked pants and it goes back 14 or 15 League matches now. Toss in more Poch quitting rumours and....
Hits cost less with non-starters
