I have utterly sabotaged my own season.

Looks like 103 (-8) in the end. TC wasn't a total fail but I needed much more tonight from Sterling to salvage my mini-league. 46 points behind the leader now, would only be 14 behind had I stuck with Plan A.

Sterling continues the trend of underwhelming Triple Captains for me since the chip was introduced: 12, 9, 8, 8. Can't seem to hit on a big score. You think I would have managed it once in four seasons.

I came in from meetings around 9pm and was on 137+3BP - always a risk counting defensive points mid game I guess. Overall happy with that despite my Captain failing and my ‘hit’ scoring the same as the player I took out. Solid green arrow though and highest score for a while

Would've been 111 had I not chickened out of my Bench Boost, but I actually only went down less than 1000 places in rank so not a catastrophe. Hopefully I can make up for that Bench Boosting this week.

Unfortunately though I think that probably makes a top 10k finish just out of reach for this season, but I could still potentially sneak into the top 20k if luck goes my way for the final 3 weeks.
