Triple Cap GW32, which one?

Post by meat shield »

Playing my Triple Captain so a simple question for me this week, which I'm sure applies to many others as well. Should I go with Aguero, or Sterling?

I'd go Aguero. Think he's more likely to play twice having not been used for Argentina. League is priority so wouldn't be surprised to see Sterling start twice but would be far more confident in Kun doing so.

Aguero by a distance imho. I'd look out for the regular captaincy thread when it appears, as it's essentially the same question. :)

Sterling more likely to play 90 imo, he plays 90 far more often than people imagine

Also gets C's and 5 a goal he gets my vote

I've also got both of these and playing the TC. Initially I presumed I would be on Kun but the more I look into it I am thinking of Sterling, not least for the extra points gained from clean sheets and goals.

I might end up flipping a coin and then regretting it (but at least I can blame the coin).

Yeah there'll be more options on the regular thread though, and this isn't in any way meant to replace that. Its more just if you have both, which i do, and cant decide which way to go.
Aguero is generally my default for these, but as a lot of people are saying the extra clean sheet point/5 for a goal are swaying my thinking. I'll probably go for the coin toss method mentioned :D

I will have both but Sterling will be a clear-cut choice as far as I am concerned.

Raheem TC locked in now unless he is injured in training. I have Sergio as cover as vice. -8 to get them both in as I only planned Sergio for a -4 and then doubted my judgement so I will see how that goes.
Taking out two players that I liked for this coming fixture run was not the wisest move, so I think I am looking for a large sofa to hide behind until season end

It’s a hard one, Raheem has better PPM and form, but there is always a Sergio 4 goal moment lurking...probably sticking with Kun

After Sterling's hat trick tonight, I've changed my mind (and vote) to him.

Kun cap Sterling vice. Think both will start each game however the safety blanket approach does it for me with Aguero.

Also feel he is 'due' and sterling can't keep scoring with every game....can he?? Surely due a 2/3 pointer!

Okay, still not sure which one yet!!

I’ve gone with Sterling in the end.
Though right now, post-deadline paranoia has set in and I’m wondering if I actually remembered to activate the chip

I was feeling smug having TC Aguero, and not Sterling. Is that about to important implode after Aguero limped off ? Cant see Pep risking Aguero n a home fixture midweek. Presumably the normal captain double points dont automatically go then to the vice captain just if that happens

The 10 pts tripled for Aguero seems like a result compared to last seasons TC. Anything else is a bonus now.

No, they stay with the C because he stepped onto the pitch during the Gameweek.
