All chips left. Going with FH32, WC34 and then TC/BB in 35.
If Brighton have another DGW in 36/37, playing the BB then could be an option (Ryan, Brighton defender, Cardiff defender plus 1 or so).

I'm with MoSe ... shouldn't be unknowns in this imo.
Obv up to TRSS but I sense he created this for some late season banter so a "hello" in this thread isn't much to ask.

Brought in Kepa this week so I am still on the fence for the strategy from here. I have 9 players with a fixture in GW31 (so 10 with a free tx and 11 with a -4) I really want to TC Aguero/Sterling in GW32 so might risk 31 and FH33 instead. Bit of a differential too.
Brought in Rice to get to 10 players with a game this weekend. Holding my FH and going with the TC in 32, WC 34, BB35. Might FH33 or FH38 now.

Samba Shanley F.C is in the mixer. 9 for 31, TC 32, pray 33, WC 34, BB 35. Used my FH in city's earlier DGW.

Good point, what I’ll do is I’ll kick anyone out who’s on that list of teams that you don’t recognise on friday/Saturday before the deadline.
I’ll also close new entries at that point.

G'day!
Longtime lurker here, sorry for joining "unannounced". I love the forum and the discussions on something as trivial, yet highly important and weekend-ruining as Fantasy Premier League!
Having read a lot of various strategies where most people seem to end up with FH32, I thought it would be interesting to see how my strategy would end up.
As I only had three/four players to field for GW31 a couple of rounds ago, I decided that I would take my chance and build towards GW32 as I had a lot of value in certain players which (hopefully) will score bigtime in the DGW32/35.
So. Current strategy:
GW31 = FH31 (already done)
GW32 = TC32
GW33 = (use 2 trades + hit to field 10-11)
GW34 = WC
GW35 = BB

I think what would be really useful is
- a summary of the top 25 (or more) in the league and
- what chips they have left, and
- what they have played (and when).
That is what i see as the really useful research to come out of this mini league.
Might take some extra special Mose magic to get it though...
Chips Left/played,
I'm afraid that would require tweaking Mav's tool to show a summary, as it currently only shows the one which was active in a given GW
nickchild's FPL get player info can't help there either
otherwise
it would need opening each team history individually,
or storing mav's tool Chips League output for EVERY GW so far... and consolidating from there
for teams in the Fiso Forum League I have that data stored already (only for GWs they were in , if not from the start)
this would be the approach I'd follow here too, but of course not until the entrants list is finalised....
1. when a team was not in the Forum League, I had not stored its data (dark greyed cells)
The manager could have well played a chip in those GWs, it would have to be checked and filled in individually
2. it appears that none played FH.
This could be because Mav3rick's tool I use(d) to fetch the data with,
was written when the FH chip did not exist (we had AOA instead earlier)
and it would have to be updated to look for FH now.....
so we miss FH data unless fetched manually for each team, or Mav would update his tool

are the unknowns all on Fiso?
how can we know, if they're unkown???
as with the Forum League,
it's possible in theory that a non-registered reader sees the join code and uses it without being a fiso member
why would someone do so, I can't imagine
if by "on Fiso" you meant instead not Fiso Members but teams in the Forum League as well,
well.
6 are in the Forum League indeed, and still I don't know who they are
and 7 aren't
OTOH not all the known owners are in the Forum League, for several reasons, and still I could track their team one way or the other (sidegames, scores topics,..)
9 of the 50 known owners who joined the Chips league so far, had chosen indeed to not join the Fiso Forum League (including yourself, I realise )

err, including me. Not chosen to not join, just have never got around to it.
Where do I find the code - or is it not the done thing to join at this late hour?

Tall Paul and the current leader hit & giggle (yes that's his username) had both joined in GW27.
That's up to you
the join code was always to be found in the announcements section viewtopic.php?f=18&t=127869
it still says "all welcome"

good point SP, but in this case I think Tuttifrutti's team is the one named Tuttifrutti, from Norway
68 so far, just addedd myself as well
check 2nd tab where list is sorted by OR
the chips data is taken for now from Forum League data, so it's

- possibily partial for those not there from the start

Hello everybody Long time lurker and occasional poster joining in.
All chips left and currently looking at FH 32,WC34,BB35.......
Hoping for an extra Brighton DGW to give a bit of wiggle room to the current strategy and not waste TC in a single week.
Having my worst year for a while but still aiming for the top 50K at the end.
