Auba :arrow: Aguero (Or Firmino)
Son :arrow: Richarlison (Or £10.7m Midfielder - Sane/ D Silva / Erikson for Spurs cover)

So unsure

Kane isn't getting a scan until later in the week until his swelling is down - I can't see him playing Fulham if that's the case as he wont be training.

2FTs so considering Kane > Aguero and Fabianksi > Allison later in the week when we know more - or it may be wiser to just do Kane > Aguero and roll the second transfer incase Kane is only out for the one week and I want him back.

Even if Kane is injured I think I’m just going to keep him and play Rüdiger at the Emirates. Plan was to switch him to Aubameyang next GW and I don’t think that’s worth a hit this GW if I’m benching a premium defender.

Is it a good idea to take a -8 hit and do:
Aiderwereld :arrow: Wan Bissaka (or other 4.5)
Ederson :arrow: Patricio (or other 4.5)
Pereyra :arrow: Eriksen

Eriksen is 9.3 and the other transfers makes it possible to upgrade from Pereyra. But I doubt Eriksen though... If the same transfers would give me Sane, I wouldn't doubt (already got him though, but as an example) but I just dont know if Eriksen is worth the price...

Edit: now these players plays against HUD, FUL and BUR so they might be good to keep for this gw, but after that?

Son, Rondon and Ings to Pogba, Rashford and Zohore on a minus 8.

I've know this -8 has been on the cards for a while, so although its still painful, I think needs must. Pogba and Rashford have shown themselves to be the main men for OGS's United, with excellent fpl points, backed up with strong underlying stats, all for a good price. The upcoming fixture run continues to be strong, meanwhile. Although they are both highly owned, owning both will hopefully prove to give me a small advantage over most.

The other transfer was an enabling transfer really, which has also allowed me to move towards a more efficient structure. With the Christmas period over, hopefully the rotation will be lessened (not that it ever got too bad in the first place), meaning I see no real need to have an 8th attacker over 5.5m in price. Warnock has been mentioning Zohore in every single press conference this season, despite him being injured for 6 months, so I'm reasonably confident he will be a starter once fit. If so he will be useful bench cover, allow flexability and be a rotation option in my squad, and be handy when the blanks roll around. If none of this happens, well, it doesn't matter too much, he's only 4.6m.

More importantly, how often do you get a chance to sign a Kenneth?! :D

Looking at Man City assets after tonight's game with 2 frees to play with.

Perhaps:

Kane --> Aguero
Hazard --> Sane

Richarlison -> Moura

Maybe a little punty for 3 games.

Just sick of Richarlison now . Him and Alonso the only ones underperforming for me .

Richarlison has averaged 2.9 in his last 4 against burnley Brighton Leicester and Bournemouth . That’s a really poor return against those teams and Southampton away next doesn’t look that easy anymore and Huddersfield the game after seem to be playing for 0-0 every week .

Everton just look stale to me and preferred richarlison when he wasn’t playing no 9

Similar to Joccki.

Holebas -> TAA. If Kane needs replacing it can wait another week.

im playing the second wildcard! - I know!! but the players in my cash league are very good, if I play it same time as them I wont make any ground, they only way is to take the gamble and the way I Iook at it , once its played you have a whole new set of options that you wouldnt otherwise have had, so my game will completely change when they will be picking away with 1 transfer a week and there is Kane to deal with, Son for some of them, no City assets, I will double up the Liverpool defence kick out Alonso do I get Luiz? . Have a star studded midfield with Rashford, and a couple of cheapies..... :shock:

I'm loath to post unsubstantiated news, but they are saying Kane could be out four gameweeks now. I'd want confirmation from Wembley, but you can't bench that much money for a month, you just can't.

I won’t bench him for a month, mate. Just this GW. I’ll switch him to Aubameyang next GW, who isn’t worth a hit now imo as he needs to score two goals against Chelsea to justify that.

A ballasy gamble (not saying it won't pay off, like).

Without Son and Kane it'll be interesting to see where Spurs goals come from. I'd be tempted to get in Moura for Spurs coverage and then do Kane :arrow: Rashford or Mitrovic.

Edit: just noticed Moura is flagged too! Surely it's all on Llorente to start then.

Waiting on Kane news, but likely:

Kane & Son -> Rashford & Salah

not gonna lie, I'm tempted to give Llorente a chance, surely he must start against Fulham at least?

Kane & Richarlison to Llorente & Salah for -4 and if Llorente loses his place or Kane ends up being out just for one week, then I'll have enough money to swap Llorente for Jimenez

If Kane is out, then definitely him to Aguero (who I'd already decided would be coming in one way or the other for someone else anyway).

Getting twitchy on Hazard and Lacazette too though, and would like a Liverpool attacker in.

Well Rashford got through unscathed but Kane didn't. So I'll likely use my 2FTs on Son -> Salah and Kane -> Rash this evening.

Fun fact: Salah got 5 double-digit scores in the 8 weeks I've not had him for (1 in 14 before that). Sterling, who I wildcarded in for Salah, has had 0 double-digit hauls in that time (4 in 14 before that) - though I did subsequently shift Sterling for Kane, who got me one 10+ score, so it's not all bad!
Kane also departs my team without me having captained him once.

Bollocks, looks like it will be a hit this week (to reverse the TAA/Robertson move I did last week)

3.2 itb was funding move to Kane but if he's injured, either

Chicarito :arrow: Firmino
or
Chicarito :arrow: Llorente

Giving me

Foster / Fabianski
Doherty / Roberton / Digne / Wan-Bissaka / Holebas
Hazard / Richarlison / Salah / Andersen / Pogba
Success / Rashford / ???

Hazard on thin ice. Liking the look of the Llorente option because, well, I likes a differential. Firmino would be more sensible though I suppose.

you are assuming Aguero plays? Big assumption surely (and he has done zilch in away games this season). I foresee several 20 min cameos before he starts in the CL.

Although predicting Pep is harder than picking lottery numbers.
