Dead team for me, no transfers since GW10. Salah captain so I might have to follow suit!

I've got an Iranian, who seems to log in every 2-3 weeks and smash 4+ transfers. Scored 96 last week. OR 4.5m.

For future reference, captains goals don't count twice so I snuck through. Got my first dead team in the fourth round somehow! I guess this means I'm out....
Markman, your same question had been answered dozen of times, I did it in this same topic if you read back a few posts/pages, I keep reposting it by I can't monitor/spot everyone posting the same question again and again and again.

So, the "future reference", both yours and mines, I'm afraid will go alas to waste, as there will always be someone who won't search for it, or who in good faith won't know were to search it.

And I don't think having a kind of Cup FAQ (e.g in RPG thread) would solve much, as the majority here only read their own posts (not meaning you)
Sure. A bit lazy from me to be fair.

Of course we care :D

We'd be able to care even more if you gave us a link to your team (or update your fpl button) :P

Good luck to you and all those still postponing the inevitable :wink: :mrgreen:
Update Fpl button? Add link to team? How do I do that?

How to in opening post of Remember to update your FPL Button - current format in last post.

(could a MOD edit the OP in that thread to reflect the current format?)

My opponent has 29 with Tarkowski and Hazard (current assumed bonus).

I have 28 with Fabianski, Wan-Bissaka, Laporte, Sané, Ings and Rashford.

I should win this, but there's always a chance his 2 could outscore my 6.

Going with Salah rather than my preferred Kane worked out well! The three teams above me in my works league all went with Kane :-)

My opponent has 33 pre bonus, he captained Salah and has;

Kepa, Azpilicueta, Hazard, Fraser and Ings ltp.

I’m on 23 (-4) pre bonus with;

Ederson, Pogba (c), Martial, Felipe and Aguero ltp.

I should be reasonably confident, especially against someone who played Alderwield and Trippier at the back against his midfield/attack of Moutinho and Jimenez!

But feeling slightly nervous, need CP to at least score.

Looking good at half-time for me. I’m +23 and have Sane, Ings and Diop to his Alonso, Fabianski and AWB as team differentials left to play.

Well his Chelsea duo at the back did him proud, looks like Dave will earn some bonus as well, thankfully Hazard didn’t do anything.

My lads still to play but it’s looking scary with my opponent leading 57 - 26 (-4).

Need a big afternoon from Captain Pogba and co.

I’m in a very similar boat. 34 points required from 4 players. Need captain Pogba to repeat his last couple of game weeks..chances of that? (Minimal knowing my luck so far this week!)

Well good luck to you Chris, does indeed sound like we both need Pogba to produce the goods. I also have Martial to help him succeed. It’s literally come down to this last game. Hopefully you can enjoy it 🍻

Thanks, you too, I have Pogba captain and Rashford but need a small miracle now after Hazard and Anderson blanks. Here’s to Man Utd going goal crazy (words I never thought I’d say!)

I'm through thanks to Rashford.

Also getting a cheeky Doherty from 2nd bench spot after Ings and Masuaku no-shows :)

I progress thanks to Eddie Howe. Was going out to an opponent getting 10 points off the bench for 2nd autosub Boly until EH saw sense and brought Fraser on for a 1 pointer.

60-62 down, but I’ve just noticed my opponent took an eight point hit, so fingers crossed that should see me through.

Whew! Going into the final game, I needed Pogba to score 10 to get me through, so it appears I’ve squeaked by - rather undeservedly I must admit!

So anyone still in who has OR > 262,144 has exceeded expectations. But I don't suppose that applies to anyone here.

I think you over estimate some of us!

My OR is about 400k, subject to tonight's shuffle.

I can't believe i got through with Pogba getting me the points, coming back from nearly twenty points down and winning my head to head on the amount of goala scored my team has scored

We both scored the same amount of points. But I could have lost it if Salah had scored again instead of giving Firmino his chance to score a hat trick. Or if Pogba did not make that assist for the Lukaku goal even though it was offside
