Present squad:

Robbo Jonny TAA
Sterling Mane Pogba Son
Rashford Vardy Barnes

Bench: Deulofeu Pereira AWB

Key questions:

1) Liverpool double-up over hedging bets with Pereira?

2) Deulofeu Pereira play each other at Vicarage, so do Barnes and AWB at Turf Moor. Playing and bench order correct in that respect?

3) Should I consider a BB in such situations?

BB would have been an option if you owned a reserve keeper that plays. I'd always favour the attacking players in such situations as above. I'd definitely play Liv double up over Pereira.

Fabianski
Doherty Rüdiger Shaw
Salah Sterling Pogba Maddison Jota
Vardy Arnie

Button TAA Maguire Kamara

Actually have a tricky bench choice this week because I have 13 players I'd be very happy to play. Reckon the bench is right? Everton haven't been great at home (or anywhere really) but I'd imagine they will score against Liverpool, though TAA has a distinct attacking threat. Maddison or TAA is the decision probably. Any thoughts?

Thanks SK. Yeah, have Boruc planned for 30.

Similar dilemma.

Got a little transfer happy and brought in TAA which has left me with double Pool defence.

At the moment I'm benching Doherty and playing TAA and Robertson. Also got Jimenez to your Jota. Perhaps I should bench Robertson and play TAA, Doherty and Jimenez? I've also got F Anderson, so perhaps that's the far more obvious benching choice considering his lack of recent returns.

In your case I'd probably play TAA and bench Maddison, but not easy at all.

Wan-Bissaka is back which is great news and also gives me a benching dilemma:
Harry Barnes (Lei) v Watford away (I also have Vardy)
AWB v Burnley
Who to bench please?

Bench one of Robertson, Trent, Arnautovic, Shaw, Doherty. I can’t remember a tougher benching decision to make.

I'd bench AWB because Barnes' ceiling is much higher. If it goes wrong, it's doubtful it will go spectacularly wrong which is acceptable. If you bench Barnes and he delivers on all the attacking promise he has showed, you could have double figures on the bench.

Bench Robbo if you're looking to catch up, Trent if you're protecting your position.

I'd say AWB but maybe I'm biased as a Barnes (Ashley) owner.

Yeah, thanks SK, Albert_ini, that’s what I decided.
Now, having brought Fabianski in to cover Patricio being dropped I have him against Rondon. So, to avoid an attacker against a keeper should I drop Rondon for AWB?
Or stop thinking and step away?!

Declan Rice (NEW, h)
Ryan Bennett (CAR, h)
Salomon Rondon (WHU, a)

The New/WHU dilemma is essentially the same as mine
But I’d play Bennett (or more accurately, I am playing Doherty which is approximately the same thing)

It’s not like I didn’t try very hard to steer myself. Didn’t follow up with the switch though, did I?

Pereira.

I mean if you really consider benching Pereira against Fulham you deserve it.

I’d definitely play Rondon and Pereira, the other two its a coin toss.

Stuck between Doherty and WanB.

Originally had Doherty starting but the bookies give a Palace clean sheet at 60ish% (third most likely) and a Wolves clean sheet at 16%ish (third least likely).

TAA (BUR)
Alderweireld (sou)
AWB (BHA)
Chilwell (FUL)

Who to bench from that lot?

Mane, Pogba, Son, Anderson midfield... none of which are really benchable instead?

Alderweireld was my first instinct, confirmed by Paddy Power's clean sheet odds:

Liverpool 8/11
Crystal Palace 11/10
Leicester 13/10
Tottenham 17/10
