With Fellaini out, this is the same for me and I was also leaning towards Dunk but I've got that "I'm going to pick the wrong one whatever I do" feeling about it...

Strange question, but could anyone make a case for playing Naughton (HUD) over Jones (liv)?
Also, Foster (lei) or Elliott (sou)?

Re: Who to Bench 17/18
Leicester have scored in all three of their home league games so far, Southampton have failed to score in three of their four home league games so far. I think Elliott has the better chance of the clean sheet, Leicester have far more attacking menace than Southampton.
Naughton v Jones, that's tough, I always think JM can get a clean sheet in any game and he got a clean sheet there last season, but Naughton has a great fixture as Huddersfield look to have lost the early season momentum, and he could be an attacking threat too.
I'm considering playing Naughton above Valencia! Although that's partly to reduce how many players I have in the early kick off

Cheers! I was leaning towards Elliott, so that's confirmed that one, but Jones vs Naughton I'm very much 50/50!Gambit wrote: ↑12 Oct 2017, 19:28Leicester have scored in all three of their home league games so far, Southampton have failed to score in three of their four home league games so far. could you play them both? I'm now looking at Valencia and Naughton both starting due to the Kolasinac injuryNotned wrote: ↑12 Oct 2017, 19:34Cheers! I am playing Naughton over Bailly.
(Sounds crazy benching my 'premium' defender but Liverpool are very good offensively and I can't see United keeping a CS)
I'm playing Foster, but that's a pretty tough call..

I'm out for the country for 2 weeks with f*ckall wifi and have just seen that both jones and kolasinac are flagged. Gotta start one, with the other first OTB. Which has the better chance of playing. Jones?

Okay. Play Jones (Mun) or Joselu (New).
Thinking Jones - wrongly?

Re: Who to Bench 17/18
It's likely to be 90 or 0 for both of them, so you can probably start the one who you think has a higher points expectation assuming they both start. For me that's Kolasinac - CS chances for either team can't be stellar but Kola's attacking potential is greater.
Toughie. Maybe Joselu has greater potential to provide an upside? Wouldn't be expecting miracles from either though

Re: Who to Bench 17/18
Hmm Jones away at Man U or Joselu away to Newcastle. Tough one.
I know what you meant! I'd play Jones though I'd expect 2 points from both. Jones is a bonus magnet so if CS at Anfield then he should get a bonus.
Now that is tough. Really struggling with this one, probably Kolasinac for the attacking threat. Can make a case for either though.KTBFFH wrote: I'm out for the country for 2 weeks with f*ckall wifi and have just seen that both jones and kolasinac are flagged. Pope (WHU) or Elliot (sou)? Really can't decide as Burnley look very strong, especially at home, but Southampton seem to be struggling to score.

That's where I'm at at the moment, but hesitating as I have Ward playing too and wary of the double up.

Re: Who to Bench 17/18
Play Elliot for sure
For first time this season I'm considering 4 at the back:
Kolasinac, Alonso, Davies, Zanka
Zanka comes in for Ritchie who's benched. Bad idea?

Bench Jones (liv) or Gross (EVE)?
Rest of the team is:
Fabianski
Alonso - Ward - Fernandez
Hazard - Sterling - Ramsey
Kane - Jesus - Vardy

Play Tom Carroll (HUD) or Choupo-Moting (manc)?
Leaning towards CM as he's up front.

Main dilemma for me this week is whether to play Forster or Elliot in goal. I've got a preference but would appreciate an objective opinion or two!

Monreal or Trippier?
And then bench order of whichever of those two doesn't feature, Carroll and Mbemba..

Monreal for me. Expecting a 1-1 from spurs pool. Pool will have a lot of confidence scoring after their 7-0 UCL game. Always the chance of a dour game like the United pool game but probability has arsenal more likely to get a CS for me
Then probably tripper, Carroll, mbemba

I'd play Tadic
my dilemma, bench one:
Wimmer (BOU)
Kolasinac (eve)
Cedric (WBA)
Naughton (LEI)
currently benching Kolasinac, but it feels wrong looking at Everton's current form...
