Having a pop at this for the first time this year, any tips?

Similar scoring to TFF except extra points for midfielders and defenders scoring a goal so obviously team selection needs to reflect this.

Like the site and manager's desk and trophy cabinet are neat gimmicks.

Is there normally a Fiso SL to enter my 3 teams?

I'm a newbie and bunging in three teams also.
