1. Having Muller sat on the bench

2. Having 2 dutch players on the bench, at least it wasn't RVP & Robben.

3. Having Perreira on the pitch, as if conceding 3 v Costa Rica wasn't bad enough, getting a red card just to compound things.

Needless to say it didn't go well.
