Weekly - Week 1

No transfers allowed now although the entry deadline was 14:59 (I picked no Chelsea or Everton players)-was anyone brave or stupid enough to see if they could enter a team with the knowledge of the 15:00 kick offs?

It's been moved to the forum which it is meant to be in.

Just need to review last years weekly game and the amount of threads / views in here to see that it is used.

We also have a thread in the main forum discussing the games that are running.

I don't think anyone would have Naismith in their team, especially since he was on the bench for the 1st game when people can see the lineups before the deadline.

If you confirmed your team before 12.45 it must close for you. I presume if you want to see the team news at 3pm you have to hold off on the confirm till then. I haven't tried that yet though.

This is what I was trying to confirm with an agent on Thursday, 1 said "no 12:45 deadline website is wrong" another said "don't confirm now wait until the 15:00 lineups are announced but enter before 15:00."
With only 1 team I didn't want to risk the latter in a bonus money week.

Imagine though that there will be a few Pedro in Man City / Man Utd /Arsenal / etc blocks.

I got Pedro with a Tottenham block. Tottenham have 2 easy games this week.

Tottenham will rotate their defence I'd imagine though?

Yeah I was worried about that. Trippier and Davies might play in the Europa match instead of Walker and Rose, but what the hey it's worth a try.

It's all guess work, at least we have a little more time before our hopes are crushed.

I suppose it's hard to trust them anymore. I got mine in before 12.45 because I didn't want to miss out on begovic/pedro/hazard. That's worked out just great

I entered after 12.45 and it seems to have worked.

I was tempted to put Naismith in and see what happens

I would have chanced my arm!, did you wait for the 15:00 line ups to be announced?

47 with 11 to play. Not out of this yet, but won't be near the top yet either.
