Not a bad score to say that In my team this morning I had an injured Kompany, a benched Sane and I had given up on this til mid afternoon today!

All weekly transfers used but I have players left to play. Although; with who those players are, I would need to be really lucky to overtake those above me, so I'm not at all excited about my chances for the weekly.

Its set up quite nicely for the monthly though.

Well over half way to 500 for our leaders after just 4 scoring weeks.

1 Topspur 500 Paul Branigan 74 285 19 75
2 Latic 500 Andrew Clayton 61 268 16 181
3 murf's 500 mob Jason Murfitt 73 263 19 246

League of Leagues:
1 Mr Tonkin FISO Forum 290.40
2 Mr Stevens FISO 500 263.40
3 .... 258.20

Bit of a way to catch FISO-proper. Topspur 500 is only 6th in that. We'll have a job to overtake them as Topspur, Latic and Streety's 500 teams appear in both so will give them points too! Robot doesn't exactly help either by having teams on 303 and 288 in the FISO league! At least my teams in the FISO league are rubbish and have no hope of contributing to the top 5 in the near future.

Not my best day.

4 to play I think so I could catch Latic.

I think we will all be in limbo over the international break, just shy of the line!

Haven't used my full 5 transfers in some weeks, so lagging a bit behind in this one. Fingers crossed I can close the gap this weekend, although it could all be over...

I thought 5 a week would be ok and we'd do it in 8 scoring weeks or I'd pace myself to the line in 9.

Looks like we might do it in 7 and I'll have 5 left over! Maybe if I'd shaped my team slightly in international week with those 5 I'd be a bit closer??

Was planning on swerving tonight's game but find myself on 488 (I think) so have gone all in with 5 attackers (inc selling Lacazette!) in a bid for glory.

EDIT No KdB but the Jesus KC puts me on 501. Cue 2 yellow cards.....

Well done Murf 501 it is, was hoping my Arsenal block and 6 outfielders could catch tomorrow but not to be.

Think this is the earliest winner we've had!

Can you post the table for reference as Im on a phone.

My Spurs near-block helped today (no Davies though or Kane) and was all ready to dive on Arsenal tomorrow (had Lacazette and Kolasinac already).

For info, I largely rotated attackers & premium midfielders, starting with an Arsenal-Saints mix at the back. Watered down my Arsenal then switched to 4 Spurs + Kolasinac (probably my only ever present) a couple of weeks ago. Checking my transfers I didn't transfer in a single Liverpool player (but started with Mane & Salah). My best player was Lukaku chipping in 49 then Mkhtaryan on 33. I actually got all 7 games from both of them (buying both midway during week 1, selling and buying Lukaku a couple of times between games. Sold both again today to fund Chelsea/Man City). Salah 3rd on 30 from his first 4 games. Lots of rubbish 2 pointer players but Holding was my only 0. KdB got me 4 from 2 games!

Congratulations to Latic, Robot, nffc and Topspur for crossing the line during the eighth scoring weekend. Not sure of Saturday scores to be able to officially allocate finishing positions (these include the 2 sunday games). Can Streety join them tonight with a sneaky Vardy?

We remain 2nd in the league of leagues. For now....
