Cup winner and runner-up will receive £50 and £22 respectively.
Seedings and draw are based on league table at end of Week 22, Mon 9 Jan.
Each entrant's better team is in upper half of draw while 2nd XI is in lower section.
So it's possible for a manager's two sides to meet in the Grand Final.

Every round covers a fortnight of TFF matches.
Points aggregate over the fortnight's games will decide winner of each pairing.
If scores are level then side lower in league table at Week 22 will progress.
