As mentioned last time we need a level playing field and so we need a time that anyone who is interested in making an early transfer is aware of. This means that if anyone who is competing for the best undrafted player has an equal chance.

So this time I'll make it noon tomorrow. If there is a hidden Suarez among the undrafted players the first person to post with a time showing of 12.00 noon or later will be able to claim him. Wait five minutes in case there are two similar timed posts to see who was first.

Everyone who has made all their transfers by the time of my last checking of the changes will be able to transfer in new players. Those who have not must wait until I have posted that I have seen all their changes. This is my last check today so everyone except nathan and jonesbones can start using their transfers from noon tomorrow.
