Re: League 1 & 2 Pub Match Day Banter 08/09 (Goals & Assists)
Think there will be some big scores in league 1 today with a Leeds clean sheet and a lot of goals around.
Reckon I managed about 50+.
Terrible in league 2.
Only Darlington and Rotherham with clean sheets and not many of the popular players in the goals so not too many big scores around for anyone I would have thought.
Thank god I have 3 playing tomorrow.

Seven goals for me in League One today so hopefully a 50+ week. Least said the better about my championship team.

Up to 14th in League One - just short of 300 points. Not bad considering I knew eff all about the division at the beginning of August!

Finishes 0-1.
Gradel didn't even come on for the O'Shea style bonus points and hasn't featured in the last 3 games so is it time to rethink?
Still Leicester look like the best defensive side in the division so................

Ouch - 3 conceeded.
Although Leeds just lost 2-0 so not the end of the world and apparently he was only in the side because Lucas broke a finger in the warm up so he may lose his place again when Lucas gets back.

Nothing solid I'm afraid. He was pulled from the squad last night with a groin problem, would imagine more news to come in the week.tommymooney wrote:Cheers Albanwell...

I think a bad week for most people as I thought I had a poor week and seem to have gone up the table in all three competitions.
Thought League 1 would be terrible as no clean sheets but that Baldock double has propelled me up to 269th, so pretty happy there.

MK Dons just beat Carlisle 3-1
Two goals and an assist from Peter Leven (recently added midfielder @ 1.9).
Dons starting to look the real deal at this level.

Brighton skipper Nicky Forster is facing at least a month on the sidelines after he underwent surgery to rectify a cartilage problem.

If the papers are to be believed my league one team could well be decimated in the January transfer window. I assume it costs you a transfer to dispose of a player who's moved on up. Up to 5th in L1 after Saturday - theoretically in the money

Notts County v Brentford (Mon)
Notts County's on-loan defender Jason Beardsley misses Brentford's visit as he is back with parent club Derby for treatment on a thigh injury.
Adam Tann is set to replace him at right-back while Adam Nowland could make the bench after an injury lay-off.
Brentford defender Brett Johnson could return to the squad after injury.
Ryan Dickson suffered a recurrence of a back injury at Luton while a number of players who missed that Johnstone's Paint Trophy defeat are set to return.

Please can you add Chris Zebroski of Wycombe to the league 2 game - as it looks like he will be a regular!
Thanks.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
I will pass on your suggestion to the game's producers. Please keep checking the player list for updates.
Thanks and good luck!
