2 weeks to go and this is still pretty tight, I may stuggle to get back in the top 3 but Aldo1 has a great chance. Good luck Alan.

are any of the bonus transfer players there rich. i gave up playing when i couldn't get access a few times  .

that combined with changing of rules for prizewinners that went on a few years ago and the very dubious disqualification of the english - most notably knotty who should have been paid means it is unlikely i'll never mix it with this bunch of complete merchant bankers again.

i'm ashamed to be a quarter scottish if this is the way things are done by the north of the border. complete bunch of mctossers

two of my best mates are scottish and i can see why they don't want to go back if even the papers get up to this sort of dubious practice.

Hi andy,

You're right, this thing has been a shambles this season from virtually day ONE!!!,.. and i've made it clear to them how i feel, however, none of the bonus transfer players are up there, thankfully

The Knotty situtation was also a disgrace.

I'm sure there will be more controversy before the end of next week!

Good luck for the rest of the season

thats good to hear aldo.

the year when they kept changing the rules as to who was eligible to win the prize AFTER the competition started i think i finished 2nd - maybe 3rd. at first i think anybody was entitled to win then i think you had to get the paper - which i did through my personal scottish contacts, one of my other scottish friends has a brother who lives within the paper distribution area.

they then changed it from memory much later on to living within the distribution area. i guess i could enter teams under her brothers name but i'm not really as much of a cheat as the people running this competition seem to be. who knows maybe it will change to only employees of setanta sport are able to win next year.

pleased to hear none of those with extra transfers are in the shake up though.

andy

Good luck from me as well Aldo.

Just glad i didn't take the bet against you and the Chuckle brothers when we were talking about it.

I'd have been a 100 pund poorer now.

Thanks mate,

I'm not very confident i must say, need a few things to go my way but at least i've given myself a chance

Well done on your season too, i'm sure with a wee bit of luck you might have been up there challenging.. still a very good effort tho

I'm away out today with the missus so will have to rely on the car radio and my phone to check the scores!!

Cheers

Well after much huffing and puffing i could only manage the unenviable position of joint 4th.. i ended up with so many players not starting on the last weekend that it was always going to be difficult to get into the prizes.

Was a very good effort from the eventual winner, Mr Baddon. In fact he was probably the top scoring manager in May - very good timing for such a score!

Roll on next season

Cheers

Alan
