Sent an email over the weekend asking about whether this was going ahead or not for the 07/08 season.
Not a sausage so far...

I also just received an e-mail saying the following:
"With the 2006/2007 campaign now a rapidly fading memory managers across the UK are making preparations for next season. But we, the British Fantasy Football team, will be having something of an extended break. In fact we’ve decided to hang up our boots for good.
We’ve had a great four seasons that have seen tens of thousands of managers compete for more than £50,000 in prizes. But we feel it’s time we moved on to other things. We’d like to say a big thank you everyone who’s taken part. And finally, although British Fantasy Football won’t be back next year, we hope you’ll check out one of our sister sites – full details below.
s1play can help keep you busy all summer. It’s Scotland’s best entertainment and listings guide, bar none. From cinemas to on-stage to music and clubs – we know what’s going on.
Also part of the s1 family:
s1jobs Scotland’s no.1 recruitment website with over 9,000 jobs
s1homes Scotland’s no. 1 independent property site with over 6,000 homes to buy or rent"
I know some here had issues with this competition (and rightly so in some of the posts I have seen) I still thought this was the best game to take part in so I and my mini-league colleagues will be mourning it's passing!
