New gold/silver starting 19/11

Just rec'd email for new gold/silver comp. Anyone thinking of doing a new team. Certainly wouldn't upgrade my existing teams which are c**p.
If you do a new team I don't think it's unlimited transfers until the 19th so be careful not to confirm until you are certain of your team. I suppose a down side is that a few at the top of the leader board will upgrade with still a lot more transfers than the 10 you get in november.
