Does Williams rule Baines out?

This is for the OFL game but could apply to any.

Leighton Baines could be Fantasy gold. He now has a good defensive manager who plays attacking full backs and possibly back on some set pieces. Great fantasy record pre-Martinez, was one of a few 'must haves' in his prime. No internationals over the summer and will be raring to go.

BUT with Williams 0.6 cheaper (and Kone too if he goes to Everton), can Baines be justified playing in the same defence?

The biggest difference I can find elsewhere between a goal-scoring defender and just a nailed-on one is 0.3, so it's double that.
