Glen Johnson says he'll be back 'sooner than expected' on twitter, and I guess 10 weeks was the expected duration. Not sure this really helps us.

Time to get my thinking hat on now and make my first couple of transfers ahead of the weekend fixtures. No real idea yet as to whether to replace Bale with a midfielder or striker as too early to spot consistent players.

Not worried about removing a non scoring Koren and replacing him with another non scoring midfielder at the moment, time will tell, but 4 games is not enough time given international breaks and European fixtures to spot the midfield bargain.
