Well done ISO Marke, and The Fat Skier in 7th now. I always thought I was out of my league in this, errr, league.

Going to be a particularly interesting end to the season.

Great week Mark. Just Ramsay and Sterling's points alone would have been a good week. See you've had no tranfers available for several weeks either so even a better run in. I've managed to slip down to 25th, hoping at least for a top 20 finish though.

Cheers! Five pts off top, I have Sterling and Ramsey in my team which the others don't. I want a hatrick from both!!!!
Not far off!

Good luck Mark :D :D
43pts so far, top weekly, Aguero still to play and in 1st place.........how did this happen???? Today could not have gone better.

Finished top of weekly league by 1pt! My fist ever prize at any FF competition (although I got close a few times at TFFO and won the ISO in 07/08).

Decision to ditch 1 CB for extra midfielder paying off so far (Vertonghen>Eriksen) leaves me with Mertersacker and Ashley Williams to play all remaining games.

Thanks for all the support!!!

Congratulations Mark on winning the weekly, and on your perfectly timed surge to the top overall. I see you have a handy lead in the gold and silver championship too. Nice work. All the best for the last few weeks. Pretty chuffed to have moved into the top 10 myself, after weeks hovering between 20th and 30th. Too far behind to threaten you i think - Mirallas injury a shame for both of us.

It's bad news on Mirallas but he only misses 2 games (v man city and Hull) for me as I can't fit all my midfielders in the final team selection. With the return of Toure (2 final games) and Hazard (3 games) soon I should be able to fill the gap (I have had Ramsey in my squad for the last 3 months and he only started scoring again this month 8-) ).

My main concern is losing pts from my defenders as I think its going to be decided by a couple of points.

Blimey first time i've been on here for ages, well done Mark! Good luck for Sunday, it'd be amazing for an ISO team to win this for the first time.

Sadly my ISO side had an absolute sh1tter and I ditched it before Christmas, even earlier than normal

Be back for the World Cup!

Well done Mark! Almost perfect!

The initial team must have been good... Thanks to the ones who have chosen the players :!:
What a season for the ISO teams!
Also well done to the Fat Skier!

I was up there at some time of the season, but waited much too long till I transferred Suarez in...

Can't wait for next season!

Congratulations Mark on the ISO win but commiserations on not winning the whole thing, which I thought and hoped you were going to when I checked before yesterday's round of games. But hey, 2nd place is a brilliant effort and you had a fantatstic season. Looking forward to seeing your ISO squad for 2014/15!

As for me, in the end I'm pretty satisfied with my ISO 5th place and overall position of 363 which is my highest ever finish, esp considering I blew a lot of transfers early on and haven't had any left at all since the second knock-out round.

Congratulations Mark on a splendid season! And you're top of the Silver/Gold C'ship as well, so another 1000 pounds in the pocket :-)
Looks like we've just missed out on no.1 spot in the F&E league table. So no signed shirts and no 20 free upgrades. But a very good performance of the ISO members!
I just took the Double Team C'ship yesterday by 1 point. First time I won such a big amount of money.

Looking forward to your initial team Mark. Have a nice summer break all!

Congratulations Mark on winning ISO, and so close to the overall win. I'm looking forward to your 2015 team selection already. Well done to Fat Skier and others too, a very strong showing this year. For me, my ISO team never got going mainly due to some bad transfers in the 1st half of the season (backing Van Persie and Benteke, waiting too long on Suarez and Ramsey, being stubborn about Yaya). I did take 1st overall on UFPL though, so there's a silver lining.

Well played Mark. Bad luck on just missing out on the top prize, but glad you ended up winning the gold/silver comp. Batted too Dennis on taking the Doubles title. Looks like i managed to sneak the Champions League final day sprint by one point, so i am pretty happy too :D

Cheers again to Skip for picking the initial squad - not for the first time my ISO team far outperformed my other entries! Look forward to doing it all again next season.

That's no mean feat, winning the CL sprint! Very well done mister :)
Looks like a lot of the prizes were scooped up by FISO members. Shows that this is a community with some excellent managers!
And did you also happen to win the Gold Championship?

Thanks for all the kind words, Loosing an 8pt lead and then by 4pts was quite gutting :( especially when we all gave up 5pts in the first week by not selecting Shaw  ........ but then I gave away 6pts in the last few weeks by not selecting him against Everton and Swansea to limit possible losses as I also had Boruc  (also benched Ivanovic v Liverpool.....another 3pts dropped!)

I'll be back next season, I think I've got the hang of playing OFL now after years of playing TFFO. I'll try an put together a squad as good as the starting squad we had this season cheers Skip!

Thanks for congrats Dennis. I didn't win the gold championship. Think it went to the team that came third overall - Blue Gold.

Bad luck Mark on missing out on points from your defence on the run in. You'll just have to go one better next year!
