That leaves just 3 which should be
Saturday May 1 at 1730
Monday May 3 at 2000
and finally Sunday May 9th at 1500 or 1600
I have only 85 Sky games shown or announced so far

That leaves another 7 to fit in ???

From Spurs site today: ( http://www.tottenhamhotspur.com/news/ar ... 40310.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; )

As a result of Manchester United's progress in the Champions League and possible involvement in the semi-final on Tuesday, April 27, our Premier League match at Old Trafford has reverted back to Saturday, April 24, kick-off 12.45pm.

The match remains live on Sky Sports.

and finally Sunday May 9th at 1500 or 1600.
Although showing as 3pm on most footie sites, the last round of Premier League fixtures is now scheduled to kick off at 4pm, Sunday 9 May.

At this stage can any games be switched away from 1 May? Unusual to have 10 games kicking off on the same day twice in the space of 8 days (albeit one of them is the final day when that's manadatory)

Yes they can and they will

Two will be switched for ESPN and 2 for Sky

As discussed earlier they waited until April 7 and 8th in the last couple of
years.

TV Companies dont care for the fans who have to go to games

Also assume that if Liverpool and / or Fulham win through to the Europa League semis, their games on 24th April and 1st May will move to the Sundays.

Thank you Judio. I take it they'll both be to Sunday 2nd?

They certainly don't care for fantasy managers plotting end of season transfers. If you were a betting man, which do you think it would be?

Liverpool-Chelsea is a cert I guess then City-Villa and whichever of Arsenal or United the tv companies think are most likely to still be in the hunt?

ESPN will be Sat 1730 and Bank Holiday Monday
Sky will depend on what they are showing on the last day of the Championship (Sun lunch _)

So I guess Sat 1245 and Sun 1600(Liv v Chelsea)

I expect City v Villa to be moved but I doubt it will go to the Monday since City plays Spurs two days later.

Here's my current guess:

Sat 12.45 City v Villa
Sat 17.30 Sunderland v Man U
(possibly) Sun 15.00 (or 12.00?) Fulham v West Ham
Sun 16.00 Liverpool v Chelsea
Mon (?) 17.30 Wigan v Hull

My guess is that they will focus on the title race and Arsenal are still in it so their match will be on TV. Why show something like Wigan v Hull instead? The masses will tune into any Arsenal game before a relegation dogfight.

I was thinking there would be a CL semi-final mid-week and Arsenal or United may be potentially involved and they would refuse a Monday date. However the SF is the mid-week before so it's possible the Arsenal game would be the Sat late one and United the Monday one, not sure what time but I've guessed 17.30. They'd want to show the Arsenal one first; if United won, it would possibly put Arsenal out of the title fight.

... and a dollop of wishful thinking on my part that ESPN might want to show some interest in the relegation dogfight! SO here's the revised guess:

Sat 12.45 City v Villa
Sat 17.30 Blackburn v Arsenal
(possibly) Sun 15.00 (or 12.00?) Fulham v West Ham
Sun 16.00 Liverpool v Chelsea
Mon (?) 17.30 Sunderland v Man U

I have never seen this before !!!!

There is no reason apart from the players are a bit tired

Fulham v Stoke has moved from Weds April 14th
to May 5th or May 6th

That means they are opening up a chance of Fulham or Stoke
playing on Bank Holiday Monday and hence need to play Thursday

To join in the guessing  , I reckon they're waiting for the outcomes of this week's European matches before confirming, so hopefully we'll get news on Friday. I also reckon that with Chelsea now in front, they'll ideally want their game to be after both ManU and Arsenal's, as it's possible that a Chelsea win might seal the title race and render the other two games meaningless.

I think Sky and ESPN will pick two games each (Sky possibly three), but no early Sunday game as Sky are showing the conclusion of the Championship then. I predict something like

Sat 12:45 Sunderland v Man U (sky)
Sat 17:30 Blackburn v Arsenal (espn)
Sun 16:00 Liverpool v Chelsea (sky)
Mon 20:00 Man City v Villa (espn) (which would push the ManC-Tott game back to the Thursday)

If Sky pick an extra one they might take ManC-Villa on Monday afternoon, and leave ESPN with Ful-WHam for their Monday evening slot.

From Arsenal FC

We have received confirmation from the Premier League that this fixture will be shown live on Sky:

We can also confirm that our away fixture Wigan Athletic v Arsenal will remain as under:
Wigan v Arsenal, Sun 18 April; kick off 1.30pm; Sky Sports

Two more changes

The Europa League Semis are on Thurs April 22nd and Thurs April 29th

meaning
Burnley v Liverpool
Everton v Fulham

will have to both move back to Sunday April 25th

Also Fulham v West Ham and Liverpool v Chelsea
cannot be played on the following Saturday

If Sky and ESPN ever bother to announce the May 1st games  they cannot be on the Saturday now

If Fulham v West Ham is picked for Bank Holiday Monday
then the twice rearranged game Fulham v Stoke will then be Thursday May 6th

Supporters should note the following date changes for our Barclays Premier League clashes with Burnley and Chelsea due to our Europa League semi-final involvement.

Our trip to Turf Moor will now take place on Sunday, April 25 instead of Saturday, April 24 and kick-off will be at 3pm.

Our Anfield clash with Chelsea will now be on Sunday, May 2, instead of Saturday, May 1, but please note no kick-off time has been set for this fixture as of yet.

This is due to the television companies yet to decide their selections ahead of the penultimate weekend of the Barclays Premier League season.

It is less than 3 weeks to go

STILL NO TV CHANGES ANNOUNCED FOR MAY 1

I feel sorry for any fan who wants to travel to a game that weekend

If they have to fly in do they have to arrive for a Sat 1245 kick off
And then when do they go home , the game might be Monday at 8 !!!

If you get the Train, most cheap fares will have gone

I can't believe this is allowed to happen regards the non-announcement of televised fixtures. I just booked my first trip to Eastlands yesterday although have no idea when it'll get played and I've got to travel down from the Forth Bridge

Surely we must know today or tomorrow?

Does that make a Man City v Aston Villa 12:30 Saturday KO likely then?
