Re: 2017-18: Fixture Schedule and Changes
Any idea when the March fixtures will be announced?
One of my Christmas gifts was tickets to OT for the match v the hubcap robbers and I'd like to sort out my travel plans.

Last year, March TV fixtures were released on Wed 25 Jan.
It's likely Man Utd v Liverpool won't move from Sat 10 March, however.
Both play in the Champions League round of 16 either side of that weekend:
Liv v Porto on Tues 6th; MU v Sevilla on Tues 13th.

That points to a 12.30 kick off then? Don't BT have the evening fixtures?

Re: 2017-18: Fixture Schedule and Changes
It hasn't updated for the latest set of times and dates in the 4th round.Bramernic wrote: ↑22 Dec 2017, 00:19 Looks like I've missed a lot of fun and games.
I've finally worked out how to add the FA Cup fixtures to my grids without crashing the update program for a slight technical issue. Also updated the league fixtures and was surprised that only one had changed (Tot v WH). Came here to find out why, so now I know. Was hoping to wind down for Christmas but it looks like another set of changes might come out tomorrow. Happy days.

Re: 2017-18: Fixture Schedule and Changes
Amending fixtures for the FA Cup has proved a challenging task. It is now complete, and I've even sorted Chelsea out as it looks like the finish at Stamford Bridge was too late for the tele people to confirm their fixture.
Incidentally, Cardiff's league game on the Saturday hasn't yet been moved but I'm sure they won't play it the day before hosting Man City.

Re: 2017-18: Fixture Schedule and Changes
That is because Cardiff play on the Sunday so can't play Tuesday 30th
Reading on the other hand are playing Friday in the cup
So their Saturday game is moved to Tues 30th

Also they can't play on Wednesday as their opposition, Bolton, are playing 2 days later on the Friday.

Re: 2017-18: Fixture Schedule and Changes
The league cup final day Feb 25th If Chelsea win tonight will mean they’ll be no premier league game as the only game that day would be Man U v Chelsea. . Do we think they’ll move a game from Saturday to the Sunday or just leave it?

Potential PL switch to League Cup Sunday
In reply: currently, Crystal Palace v Tottenham is scheduled for 8pm on Mon 26 Feb. But if Spurs are in an FA Cup 5th-round replay, the PL match will move to 12 noon on Sun 25 Feb and still be live on Sky.
In any case, the League Cup Final itself will be televised by Sky Sports on Sun 25 Feb.

Replays set to be played 13/14 Feb? So just 3/4 days before the 5th round. That seems very close - Spurs/Newport v Swansea/Notts Co would be tricky to plan for!
