I would imagine either after the midweek coming up or on April 1st (after Man City have played Arsenal)

Hmm... the mid-week matches have come and gone without the May TV fixtures being announced. Guess they'll be out next week then?

If Liverpool's gets shifted to the Sunday then their last 7 games of the season will all be on consecutive Sundays

I think Palace v Liverpool will be a Saturday game

Chelsea and Man U may be in Europe the midweek before hand

And I think Liverpool may be close to exceeding their Sky allocation of Sunday games !!!!

I think there is one free for them on Saturday at 1730

Do you know when the schedule for the May 3rd game between Man United and Sunderland will be announced?

Have just noticed that the Man U v Hull game has to be on the 6 May (Tuesday) therefore they shouldn't move the Sunderland game off of the Saturday on which it is currently scheduled - I guess it's just what time on the Saturday will it be played.

After last night there is going to be a change in fixtures on EITHER
Sunday 20th OR Sunday 27th involving Chelsea (meaning 1 of the Saturday games will get moved to the Sunday)

Liverpool v Chelsea now going to be influenced by the Champions League Semi Matchdates

Q :What chance will Chelsea have of asking the game to be moved to Thursday May 8th ??

No what I meant was that one of the currently scheduled Saturday games will get moved to Sunday to replace the missing Chelsea game which is currently on a Sunday

After last night we can assume the following

1) If Chelsea play 1st leg Tue, 2nd leg Wed then Chelsea v Sunderland swaps with Hull vArsenal

2) If Chelsea play 1st leg Wed, 2nd leg Tue then Liverpool v Chelsea swaps with Man U v Norwich

My thinking is ITV will want to show decisive Chelsea leg so Option 2 is MOST Likely

Changes

Post by SamD »

Details in above post confirmed by Arsenal site:

Hull v Arsenal will now be played on Sunday 20 April, with a 2.05pm kick off.

This change has been decided by TV broadcasters and the Premier League, following the UEFA Champions League semi-final draw in which Chelsea were drawn to play away to Atletico Madrid on Tuesday 22 April.

Consequently, Chelsea’s Premier League match at home against Sunderland, originally scheduled for Sunday 20 April, has been switched to Saturday 19 April, kick off 5.30pm.
