balanced team on paper.and good spread of the funds across the board. Apart from Palmieri who's not nailed.(personally wouldn't touch Chelsea GW1. I think the other players in your team are all starters for GW 1 Good Luck.

Digne - good fixtures. Looks a threat.
Palmeri or Maguire - is Palmeri nailed (bargain if he is) / Maguire could be value if he and Wan biss hit the ground running and shore up that United defence

I think tielemens and Maddison will get about the same. They were pretty even from when tielemens started getting points (39 for Maddison, 36 for tielemens).
