In all honesty thems probably the one's i'd do.
If i knew Bailly would be fit & in favour i'd probably keep him instead of VVD (due to fixtures & extra cash)
Richarlison is obviously main man at Everton so if they play well he should be the main focus of where the pts come from,so would keep him over Bilva who's place will nearly always be at risk with rotation imho.

Liverool have tough fixtures but who’s to say they won’t win some of those games 2-0. The defence is solid now Lovren has been replaced with Gomez and Robertson is capable of assists to go along with 3+ points if they do concede and VVD is long overdue a goal. If your front 6/7 is set then go for it but if not I think they’ll still do ok. If Fabinho comes in and shores them up further then that’s even better.
