I'm sure the Bournemouth defender got a touch on the ball after Kane received it, slightly changing the direction of the ball.shakermeister wrote:Other games gave Ali an assist yesterday , yet nothing here ?

Re: Dodgy Ratings
Didn't see the match . FPL game awarded the assist so was just wondering . Ali had a quiet afternoon to be honest . Wonder with Kane back and Son in form weather his form will take a dive again ?

Had a massive rating boost on 85 mins not sure what for , but after that the 2 dribbles and shots in injury time won it for himshakermeister wrote:The Ox star man

I find that those 6.99 ratings always hurt - Sterling tonight.

Re: Dodgy Ratings
His stats always look good
He gets into great positions but his shots are poor and weak.
Problem is replacing as value may drop (though got weekend game to improve on that aspect)

Rojo 5.1m for a chaeper defender(Clyne/Koscienly etc)should hopefully help that problem out

Yeah, them as well, already got luiz who hasn't done much in recent wks(chelsea been leaking goals)but with their run in you would certainly expect a few to CS to come??Redrum2 wrote:True, I thinking Chelsea defenders myself as they get cheaper by the week.lfc71 wrote:Rojo 5.1m for a chaeper defender(Clyne/Koscienly etc)should hopefully help that problem out

Apparently on their worse run in 20 years for clean sheets.
EDIT:
2 in their last 14 games (both in the fa cup)
5 in their last 20 (3 in the FA Cup)

Amazing that zimm.....knew chelsea defenders had gone cheap but 13 games since their last prem clean sheet is unbelievable, and that was home to hull!!! Hull have had more clean sheets in that timeZimmerman wrote:Apparently on their worse run in 20 years for clean sheets.

Re: Dodgy Ratings
From the Manchester Evening News.
Kevin De Bruyne
Had an atrocious first half, giving the ball away at every turn and while he improved after the break, he was still a long way from the top-class midfielder that is hiding inside there somewhere. 5
Dreamteam Rating. Star man and best player on the pitch.

Indeed he did. Siggs mark was miles behind Ayew and Lorente in the last few minutes. Even the league table hasn't updated.CBN wrote:Pretty sure Sigurdsson just got fiddled after the 15 minute cut off...
A shot in injury time doesn't warrant a jump from nowhete to Star Man. Funnily enough the leader has Siggy too.

Re: Dodgy Ratings
Siggy 90+2' had a 7.16 rating.
90+3' goes up to a 7.75 rating, I guess from a last second pop at goal.
The rating system is either shit or fixed.

Or maybe the change was the result of correcting earlier human error.superiorpinkham wrote:The rating system is either shit or fixed.
After all whatever the weaknesses of the rating system, those who designed it are probably brighter than those lowly paid workers who sit tapping keyboards inputting data, or whatever they do, during the matches.

Re: Dodgy Ratings
I'm much happier with this rating system, it's a massive improvement on having the reporters wetting their fingers and sticking them in the air.
It was a decent Swansea performance yesterday with Sky giving their MOM to Mawson; it could have gone to 4/5 Swansea players.
The massive jump in ratings sometimes (for nothing of note) is slightly confusing.

Re: Dodgy Ratings
Has anybody got any info or stats on the increase in marks on WhoScored after the awarding of the man of the match on sky, wondered if there's any influence, similar has happened with Toure today ?The Don wrote:Indeed he did.
