The leader has a stupidly good team and a stupidly good lead. I don't fancy my chances of catching him :?

And you are right up there. :) Think how the rest of us feel :(

Still too early to write all Teams off but got to be honest I have most 150-190 off the Pace. Can't believe I get up for this every Year to be pretty much out of it after a freaking Month.

Top team is storming it and fair play to him but he has no Kane. A hatrick or even 13-18 points from um tommorow vs Sunderland and it's much closer gap. And he hasn't got mane. As Edmond said, take a proper look at table end of October

If the current leader is not top at the end of October I would be stunned.

This is 1 month into the season. All it takes is a hazard, Kane, Alli, Payet,Ibrahimovic or any other top player Brace/ hatrick and an injury or two and everything can change. I would give the leader at least three figures to one that he will win the whole game outright. not to mention the changes that everyone will be making and a few bad decisions.

I take the leaders' Aguero-Sanchez-Lukaku strikeforce and raise him Iheanacho-Slimani-Sanchez 8-)

As with every season if your team isn't up there by Oct/Nov then it's got no chance.

Some of the teams in the top 50 look a bit crap compared to a team you would imagine doing well, e.g. the team with an all West Ham midfield looks shit.

An extra 3 transfers each month will make it near impossible for the leading teams to be caught, top teams just need to play it cagey.

No wonder the leader's team looks so good at the moment. It has had almost a perfect week, 2nd in the overall weekly table with 184pts, it's bound to look good at the moment.

Long way to go my friends, this guy has answered the early season questions well, but with 3 transfers a month, it is the person who answers the questions right time after time, not just once who will win this. (probably rules me out then  )

The leader will be loving life if that's a bad injury for Kane.

It also puts my team with Kane and Nolito out of contention :(

Twisted ankle I thought?

Can't see it making much difference - template front three is Aguero, Sanchez and Lukaku.

It makes all the difference because the leader can pull even further away from Kane owners.

Unless you have transfers left of course and can get a decent replacement

True, but Sanchez and Aguero will both be out of reach unless you left loads in the bank. Lukaku the only option if you're aiming for the template front 3, but even he came off injured yesterday.

Another brutal set of price rises. Do those who think you can come from a long way off the pace still think it? #keeptakingthetablets

I'm beginning to panic about getting Aguero back in and just panic in general and I am level with you in 19th.

I may need to use all 3 transfers first thing in october just to squeeze Aguero in, hoping he gets a thigh strain this weekend

Ofc, but I think most weren't anticipating a further 0.6 mil swing so doubt many will have the extra budget unless they really downgraded in another area.
