I've just checked and Koty hasn't logged into FISO since May so it looks like a very popular and innovative comp won't be running this season.

It's a real shame, because it was a really good one, but alot of effort I imagine as well. I really hope it's not work/career related, I think this has contributed to the downturn in sidecomps on here, people don't have much time for fun at the mo.

This wouldn't have happened under a Labour government

Yes he is a reason why FISO is so good IMHO.

Good point. I think there is a lot of this going around. I know that I'm only doing FPL this season because my new, redundancy-enforced job doesn't give me anywhere near as much freedom. The thing with FPL is that it's so much more than just the game itself with brilliant side-games such as this.

Yes, I'd worked that out. Russia wasn't doing too fantastically and that was before the fires and grain crop failings.

TBH, it's more likely that he simply stopped playing at the end of the season (his only posts for months were updates on this game) and doesn't fancy playing FF this season.

Same as the season before, I think. Not a regular poster, but an organiser of interesting games.
