This course is making top class golfers look like fools and turning the game into a farce. Scott +18, Elkington +23 and Mickelson probably won't even make the cut.!!! I have nothing against them making the course a bit tougher but this kind of scoring is ridiculous.

I agree to an extent.............. but such is the US Open.

(Scott's only shot 1 round under par in any major in his career..........)

Its there to be played. The fairways are not that tight.

If you are wayward you are punished too severely but its not that bad.

Makes for dull golf. 'tis all.

ridculous scoring only matched by a ridculous website to update us of the scores

You would have thought that such a prestigous tournament would have a decent updating leaderboard, instead we get some drivel that would seem outdated even in the 90's

Agree with the website - the normal PGA tour site is brilliant!

As for scoring - why is it ridiculous? If someone can shoot 66 then it is not impossible.

I am loving it!!!!

That's better than the other one!

The Sportinglife one is good for the top of the board, with descriptions of what's going on.

I think that the concern is that golf becomes too defensive.

We want to see bogies and the pros suffering but we also want to see birdies and great risk shots that comes off. The great shots in the history ofthe game like Seve's 3 wood from a bunker in the Ryder Cup, Niklaus taking off his jumper before driving the 18th at St Andrews, Faldo getting up and down from 110 yards to beat Strange and win the Ryder Cup, Sarazen's 4 wood at 15 at Augusta ............................ not everyonebacking up leaving Geoff Ogilvie wondering what happened.

i dont have a problem with the fairways or the rough but at times the greens are bordering on the unplayable. yesterday i saw baddeley play a great shot to the pin only to see it creep past and eventually off the putting edge. no reward for a great shot

I had 4 make the cut
and Woods Rose and Singh in the points at the moment
Zach making the cut and Trevor Immelman and Woody Austin missing out

18th overall in the league i am going to need a good day from the tiger and one of Vijay or Justin to maintain that

Disappointing finishh from vijay and Justin sees a slip to 20th.

Our F and E league is still hot on the heels of the mighty Fiso despite only having 22 teams. Can the miracle happen?

Simple answer to the miracle is.........................sadly no

More chance of Angel Cabrera winning a major. He is too erratic!

Sublime to ridiculous.

Top team came 16th on the week, with Woods, Singh, Casey, Rose, Kelly and Sabbatini.

A couple of teams managed 4 miserly points. I think only 3/8 made it into 3 figures. Good job I ruled out bringing Furyk in to any of my teams
