I have fabregas as captain in a 4-4-2 formation and I am trying to bring in Tevez.
So I transfer Fabregas out, choose 4-4-3 and bring Tevez as captain but it doesn't bring in Tevez as captain.

I seem to be able to transfer Fabregas out and bring in another midfielder such as Nani and Nani becomes captain (without using up a captain transfer).

Anyone know if you can transfer midfielder captain out and bring in a Forward as captain and not have to use a captain transfer in the process?

Figured it out, put Fabregas on bench first and then I can transfer in Tevez as the captain in his place.

I do this as a matter of course now with all transfers. In the Metro last year it allocated my captain change to one of the others during a multiple change.
