Anybody catch the first episode last Thursday (continues tonight). Good storyline & slick presentation (now produced in conjunction with a US TV company - I believe Dr Who is now too). Worth a watch if anyone missed it.

Never really bothered with this but I thought the storry looked a good one so watched the first episode. Very impressed and have series linked it. Would be a great subject for a blockbuster movie. I could play Captain Jack

I always switch off nowadays because the in-thing is to virtually show you everything that will happen in the next episode at the end of the current episode. Damn spooky when they cut his head off, just to see if he carried on living....

Finding tonight's episode hard to watch for several reasons. Not least because nothing mich is happening regarding Miracle Day :|

Does John Barrowman have a contract that means he has to be on BBC1 90% of the bloody time?

I actually reckon he is a decent actor in this, although I found it all a bit too gay this week, but then there does seem to have been a point to that diversion after all.

I must say he hides the fact that he's gay brilliantly. You would never know, would you.

ah I know it was sarcasm, and of course Barrowman is as camp as Brian Dowling on a camping trip, but I was referring to the gay sex scenes in last night's episode - I am sure I saw a winky! Not the first nude gay scene in this series, and I am as open minded as the next girl, but it smacks a bit of Barrowman trying to inject something into a show that isn't needed. :? :?:

Is Russel Davies still around? - he makes Barrowman look like an exagerrated stereotype alpha male sometimes.

I'm surprised Doctor Who was never taken from behind by a Cyberman.....
